Today Gujarat MLA Nimaben Acharya’s nomination letter as Speaker of Gujarat Legislative Assembly and Jethabhai Ahir’s nomination letter as Deputy Speaker were presented by Gujarat law and Justice Minister Rajendra Trivedi and Ruling Party’s whip Pankaj Desai to Secretary DM Patel at Gujarat Assembly in gandhinagar today.
Nimaben and Jethabhai are contesting for election of Gujarat Assembly speaker and deputy speaker.
For the first time in history of Gujarat lady Assembly Speaker is nominated.
