‘Play For Unity’ cricket tournament to be organized between 10 teams of DMCs
Ahmedabad, 24 January, 2023 – The Global Travel Agents Association (GTAA), a global organization of domestic and international travel planning, organized the Biggest Travel Roadshow at Hotel Hyatt Regency in Ahmedabad. More than 1,400 agents and representatives from various states across the country attended the event. GTAA has also organized the third season of ‘Play for Unity’ cricket tournament which will be held from January 24 to 26, 2023 at AES Ground, University Road, Ahmedabad.
Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Sanket Shah, President, Global Travel Agent Association said “We are delighted to host the third season of ‘Play for Unity’ in Ahmedabad. We could not organize this tournament for the last two years due to Covid-19 pandemic and other reasons. Destination Management Company (DMC) representatives from all over India have bought teams in these tournaments and ‘Play for Unity’ is being organized to show unity among all the agents and representatives of the tourism sector worldwide.”
The trade show organized by GTAA was a B2B event in which trade partners from all over India participated. Representatives of travel companies from countries like Europe and Vietnam were also present. Stalls were given to the DMC representatives who bought a team for ‘Play for Unity’.
