With FSL reports coming positive of accused Jayesh Patel in rape case on nursing student of Parul University, investigating PI Police Inspector KJ Chaudhary of LCB said till now we did not have any concrete proof against Jayesh and accused was also lying by denying the rape. PI Chaudhary said now with the positive reports from FSL on nail, hair, saliva, semen and clothes of Jayesh Patel he will surely be punished. Police will soon submit chargesheet against accused Jayesh Patel.
