After Indian Railways , Indian Airlines to resume its flight services on completion of India wide lockdown 3 ending on 17th May 2020. With outbreak of Covid-19 in India first lockdown was imposed on 22nd March. No snacks will be served by crew members in short distance flights with flying time less than 2 hours. Every passenger has to mandatorily down Aarogya Setu Application is his/her mobile to track on health condition and Covid-19 patients. It is believed flight passengers are smart phone users. Therefore downloading Aarogya Setu App is made mandatory in flights. However, this has been exempted for train passengers, especially in second and general class.
According to source , Civil Aviation Security Bureau and Civil Aviation Director General will visit main airports and review readiness to resume commercial flights.
