Today in Delhi, an estimated 63.46 per cent voters exercised their franchise in the Delhi Assembly polls till 5 PM. The Election Commission said six Electronic Voting Machines have been replaced so far. While North East Delhi reported the highest voter turn out of 66.37 per cent, the lowest was in South Delhi with 61.7 per cent, according to the Delhi Election Commission.
