Human Rights Commission has written to Gujarat government.
A dalit man was tied with rope and mercilessly beaten on doubt of stealing in the factory at Radadiya Industries.
NHRC has viewed the matter very seriously and seeks report from state government what all actions have been taken in the case till now.
Gujarat Congress protested over death of Dalit man in the factory of Shapar of Rajkot. Congress leaders submitted a memorandum to Rajkot over justice in the case by alloting land and a government job to the family member of victim Dalit.
Congress has demanded death penalty to people responsible in the case.
Congress workers presented a memorandum to Ahmedabad collector, demanding justice in the case.
