CREDAI’s proposal to increase purchase FSI.The Gujarat government recently increased the jantri rate by 100 percent, applicable from April 15.
Jantri or Annual Statement of Rates (ASR) is a minimum rate fixed by state governments for registration of any real estate property. Jantri rates are property rates evaluated by the state government of Gujarat. In Gujarat, properties cannot be registered below Jantri rates.
