Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel visited Surat, after spur in Covid-19 cases.
CM Rupani made following important announcements :
- Two Covid Hospitals will be built at an expense of Rs 100 crores
- Covid-19 patients to get modern treatment
- In Surat, 100 Dhavantari Rath to go around 500 places
- In Surat, 200 Ventilators will be provided
- Covid-19 patients allowed to use Mobile
- Hospital management to ensure enough beds for patients
- Every Evening Review by CM through Video Conference
- Diamond factory will be closed down if Covid-19 prevention guidelines are not followed
- Decision on Diamond and Textile factory will be taken soon
