Rahul Gandhi had made 8 promises to people of Gujarat on 5th September. Today we are giving 3 more promises to the people of Gujarat.
1. Will implement old pension scheme in Gujarat
2. Congress government will provide 100 days of employment to urban poor
3. Will provide Indira Gandhi Urban Employment Scheme in 162 Municipalities and 8 Mahapalikas of
Gujarat. Apart from this, also announced to give food to poor people living in urban areas for 8 rupees. Food will be provided during afternoon and night, said Raghu Sharma. Dal – rice, vegetables, roti and pickle will be provided in the meal. Congress will implement this scheme for poor people of urban areas of entire Gujarat.
Congress president Jagdish Thakor said that Congress has been making arrangements for accommodation and food for agitators for past several days. We will make all arrangements whether it is MLA’s quarter or any other place. Apart from this, Arjun Modwadia has given a statement regarding the tweet about Punjab Chief Minister’s old pension scheme. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Maan has only spoken of consideration. Modhwadia said that neither the plan nor the GR was implemented.
