Gujarat Congress MLAs Member of Legislative Assembly have decided to move No-confidence motion against BJP Bharatiya Janta Party led Gujarat government in the present Budget Session.
Congress rates failure of BJP in resolving issues peratining to common man on water, road, canal, Sauni Yojana and bias attitude of Gujarat Assembly Speaker Rajendra Trivedi.
A meeting of more than 22 Gujarat Congress MLAs was held in Gandhinagar Circuit House and opinion of Opposition leader Paresh Dhanani was sought on this. On moving No-confidence motion , discussion could be held after 9 days.
Congress MLAs include opposition leader Paresh Dhanani, Gujarat Congress former president Arjun Modhwadia, former president Bharatsinh Solanki, current president Amit Chavda, Lalit Vasoya, Himashu Vyas, Baddruddinh Sheikh and others.
As per rules, a vote of no confidence may be proposed to Speaker before 21 days, Congress MLAs are unhappy over it.
