Congress MLA Barad suspended from Assembly owing to jail term

Today Talala MLA Bhagwan Barad of Gujarat Congress was suspended in illegal sand mining case by Gujarat Assembly Speaker Rajendra Trivedi.


Barad has been granted jail term of 2.9 years. Suspension of  MLA Barad was done
based on a court verdict.
