Today in Delhi, CEC Congress Executive Committee will confirm the names of 26 Congress candidates from Gujarat tomorrow said Paresh Dhanani.
CEC takes suggestions and directive from Congress president Rahul Gandhi, Congress Screening Committee and senior CEC members along with local representatives on candidates work profile in respective constituency.
Opposition leader Paresh Dhanani and Gujarat Congress president Amit Chavda presently are in Delhi.
Dhanani while talking to media said that Congress has presented its list of 13 candidates and party high command is working on names of other candidates. There is a satisfaction among candidates among list endorsed by party high command.
It is likely that senior Congress men like Ahmed Patel from Bharuch, Paresh Dhanani may contest from Amreli and Shaktisinh Gohil may contest from Bhavnagar for Loksabha Elecetions 2019.
