500+ Employees from group companies Participated in the Sports Fest, Organised to enhance amity among employees and help build interpersonal bonds
Ahmedabad, September 23, 2024: Ahmedabad-headquartered diversified conglomerate, Chiripal Group announced the launch of the first edition of the Chiripal Sports Fest. The inaugural ceremony was held on Saturday – September 21, 2024, at Club O7 in Shela area of Ahmedabad. The initiative has been undertaken by Chiripal Group to foster team spirit among its employees and honour and celebrate excellence in sports.
The Chiripal Sports Fest will span three weeks, from September 21 to October 5, 2024, with seven sports featured, namely badminton, table tennis, carrom, cricket, swimming, running, and chess. The inaugural event was inaugurated by Mr Ronak Chiripal, the Promoter of Chiripal Group.
The Chiripal Sports Fest has been organised with a view to enhance amity among employees and help build strong inter-personal bonds among employees, uniting them across departments through the shared spirit of sportsmanship.
Some 500+ employees from across Chiripal Group’s group companies are participating in the maiden edition of Chiripal Sports Fest, showcasing their excellence and sharp acumen in different sports. The event fosters a lively atmosphere and competitive spirit among employees.
Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Mr Ronak Chiripal, Promoter of Chiripal Group encouraged employees and participants with his insights on teamwork and unity. “Today, we come together not just to compete but to collaborate and conquer too! This spirit is not limited to the arena of sports alone today but in general, a spirit of unity and excellence that defines the work culture and environment at Chiripal Group and its companies,” he said.
Senior employees enjoyed reliving their college days on the field, while the younger participants infused the event with energy and enthusiasm.
The event is expected to play a significant role in strengthening team spirit within the organisation.
