Ahmedabad,January 30,2025:The Gujarat State Charity Commissioner recently gave a landmark verdict in favour of the current president of Nashabandhi Mandal,Gujarat Shri Vivek Desai. The shocking details are that ignoring this verdict, former trustee of the Nashabandhi Mandal,Gujarat and Congress leader Mr. Karsandas Soneri tried to rope in former state minister Mr. Girish Parmar as President of Nashabandhi Mandal,Gujarat who is not even members-trustees of Nashabandhi Mandal, Gujarat. These trustees had called a meeting in Gandhinagar against the orders of the Charity Commissioner and declared Girish Parmar as the president.
Giving details about this, the President of Nashabandhi Mandal Gujarat, Shri Vivek Desai, said that in a way that would tarnish the image of BJP and the government, Girish Parmar along with his associates had recently tried to illegally take over the charge of Nashabandhi Mandal office.
Shri Vivek Desai also added that BJP’s Mahisagar district in-charge, Mr. Jitendra Amin, had called an illegal meeting under the presidency of K. P. Vaghela, ignoring the order of the charity commissioner to convene the meeting at the office itself.
