Today CBI Central Bureau of Investigation conducted searches at 12 places in Surat, Delhi and Chennai in a DA Disproportionate Assets case against Delhi IT Income Tax Commissioner Haribans Chaudhary.
Haribans was in Surat a few years back at that time he used to borrow services of CA Chartered Accountant Bhupendra Baksawala of Shankeshwar Complex.
CBI team tried to probe how payments of LIC Life Insurance Corporation premium were made through CA B Bhupendra & Co (Baksawala).
Baksawala held a press conference to media in this connection.
6 cases are pending against IT Commissioner of disappropriate Assets.
CBI team has gone to Gandhinagar.
