On Saturday, Dr Manmohan Singh said the Union Budget had good intentions but no proper roadmap while offering his commen on Union Budget by NDA led government’s FM Arun Jaitley’s first full fledge budget has received a thumbs down from Manmohan Singh, the country’s prime minister for 10 years. Dr Singh have remained Finance Minister for five years between 1991 to 1996.
