Ahmedabad district: Bogus hospital found in Nana Chiloda near Gandhinagar. Dharmendra alias Sanjay Patel was running hospitals by calling him as a doctor. Hospital was being run by with fake certificates from AMC Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. ICU and Trauma Center were also operating in the name of Three-Star hospital. Fake signatures of unregistered hospitals were being made. Fake case papers and medical reports were being made in the names of different doctors. Also number issued by Gujarat Medical Council was being misused.
Money for illegal treatment was being extracted from the patient. Necessary papers for treatment were being made to get the Insurance Claim Amount. Money was being extracted by presenting bogus documents to Insurance Company. The insurance company and policy holders were being cheated.
