Most districts and cities in Gujarat will get new BJP Bharatiya Janta Party presidents today. Names of district presidents for Amreli and Junagadh have already been announced. Chandu Makwana has been appointed as the BJP Junagadh district president, while Atul Kanani has been appointed for Amreli, Kirtisinh Vaghela for Banaskantha, Bharat Rathod for Surat, and Anil Patel has been appointed for Gandhinagar, as per reports.
Gujarat BJP has started declaring names of new presidents for 8 cities and 33 districts. It is likely that the party naming/declaring a new state BJP president, will bring an end to the long-waiting suspense.
Reports suggest that the BJP has prepared a list of district and city presidents for 33 districts and 8 municipal corporations in Gujaart. With completion tenure of present Gujarat BJP state president C R Paatil coming to an end, the name of new state president may also be announced soon.
