BJP dominates in Local Body elections for 74 Nagar Palika of Gujarat
Today from 9 pm voting results for Local Body elections were declared.
In Local Body elections of Gujarat, 191 seats went to BJP, 48 seats went to Congress and 10 seats went to others out of 2116 for elections of 74 Nagar Palika.
As per Election Commission 278 seats captured by BJP and Congress won over 133 seats.

In Junagadh, Congress wins Manavadar Nagar Palika.
In Mehsana BJP has won 27 out of 28 seats at Vadnagar municipality.
In Gujarat local body elections, Out of 75 Nagar Palikas BJP got 44, Congress 27 and Others get 4 seats whereas in 2013 BJP had 60 seats, Congress got 13 seats and others get 2 seats.
As per Election Commission Report, BJP wins 928 seats, Congress gets 502 seats and Others gets 42 seats. BJP wins 26 Nagar Palika, Congress wins 08 Nagar Palika of Gujarat.
