In Bharuch double murder case, accused Nasir Khan Pathan’s default bail was granted by special designated court as investigating agency NIA did not submitted its chargesheet within stipulated time limit of 180 days. Court issued showcause notice to NIA in the case. Earlier another accused, Abdul Samad also was granted default bail in absence of non filing of chargesheet in 180 days.
In the case, two BJP leaders Shrish Bangali and Pragnesh Mistry were shot dead in Bharuch.
