After 25 days of protest strike by jewelers of India, recently, Bardoli Jewellery Association members of Baroda were seen on Mandavi Road with banners saling 24 carat Hallmark Bhajia by Bardoli Jewellery Association, as per sources. Also a note was displayed at the end that on every purchase exceening Rs 10/- Pan card is mandatory. They shouted slogans against Narendra Modi and set on Mandavi road as a hawker selling ladies cosmetic items in protest against excise duty imposition in Budget 2016-17.
