Ban on release of Film Padmavat in Gujarat
Today Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani briefs on Ban on release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Film Padmavat in Gujarat state.
Rupani while talking to media said that earlier also we had issued an order prohibiting release of the movie and it continues. We will not allow the movie to be released in state.
Karni Sena and Rajput community has expressed their reservation in release of movie and the portrayal of Padmavati’s character.
However, movie makers have put some cuts in the movie and name of the movie is changed from Padmavati to Padmavat.
