Today in Patan in presence of Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and minister Balvantsinh Rajput along with other dignitaries at the ‘Nari Shakti Vandana’ program inspired by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi . Distribution of financial assistance of Rs 250 crores done to more than 1 lakh 30 thousand women of 13 thousand self help groups.
Prime Minister assured security, convenience and empowerment to women across India in his virtual address on the occasion of making women self-reliant. PM Modi said that role of women’s power is important in building a prosperous and strong India. He expressed the government’s determination to create 3 crore ‘Lakhpati Didis’ in the country with an aim of bringing revolutionary socio-economic change in rural life.
