Today, It was informed by government  that the Beki river in Barpeta district of Assam is flowing in “high flood situation”  which could be dangerous.
Yesterday evening at 6:00 pm , it was flowing at a level of 45.71 metres with a rising trend. This is above its danger level, was informed by Water Resources ministry.
