Arjun Modhwadia Congress blames on BJP for breach of Model Code of Conduct before Election
Today in Ahmedabad, former Gujarat Congress president and Congress leader Arjun Modhwadia addressed press conference.
Modhwadia presented the facts before media about violation of model code of conduct which is effective in poll bound Gujarat. Tomorrow second phase of state Assembly election is due for 93 seats with 851 candidates in fray.
Modhwadia said that recently BJP partymen approach Congress Office and shouted Anti Modi slogans to put blame on us. We have recording and CCTV footage of it, even the culprits have been identified.
Further he added that on 9th December during first phase of Gujarat Assembly Online Survey of one Website had gone viral, it was not even an Exit Poll which is circulated even before completion of 48 hours of first phase of voting. Complaint about it has been made in Cyber Crime by Congress.
Also, very recently video of BJP MLA Bhushan Bhatt of Khadia had gone viral on instructing hired people for Rs 1000-2000 to hold PM Modi rally at Sabarmati with a crowd of 4,000-5,000 people. Bhushan was seen telling that nobody would bring own vehicle and could get coupons for petrol etc and for spending 2-3 hours of time for rally.
Congress views such incidents seriously and initiates legal action by filing a complaint with Election Commission said Modhwadia.

Today Arjun Modhwadia senior Congress leader and ex Gujarat Congress president blamed that voting at election booth in Porbandar started late than the scheduled time, ensuing loss to voters.
Modhwadia is contesting for Gujarat Assembly Elections from Porbandar seat.
EVMs were wifi connected leading to possibility of large scale rigging.
Modhwadia added that our cadre has taken screenshot of ‘CEOGujarat’ name in available wifi connections list in mobile phone.
He lodged a complaint to the Election Commission of India in this regard.
