Today, Anand Police of Gujarat in an attempt to trace kidney racket has arrested 13 people and brought to Ahmedabad Civil Hospital who were examined at BJ Medical College. Before few days incident of one guy saling his kidney to pay off his debt came up. On investigation police found that in Pandoli village of Anand district some 15 youth had sold their kidneys to meet expenses on extra needs and fun.
Also, Anand Police could trace links of international level. On strict investigation by Anand Police and SIT it was revealed by youth that they were tempted for money and forced to sale their kidney.
