Today protest by striking conductors of AMTS Ahmedabad Municial Transport Service continued even on New Year Day.
Protest was made in front of Mayor Gautam Shah’s house by Contractual Conductors serving AMTS demands for permanency in job. Nearly 500 staff shouted slogans outside Mayor residence and AMC Commissioner. They also torn off the posters in front of their houses.
