Today, Bollywood starcast of Brothers, Akshay Kumar and Siddharth Malhotra visited Ahmedabad. Akshay and Sidd interacted with media.
Siddharth while talking bout the movie said its a story about two brothers and a father, I am playing younger brother and Sir is playing elder brother, JackieSir plays our father. It is family movie with lot of actions.
As far as training is concerned, we did special training of martial art for 4 months, in Gym with trainers.
Akshay Kumar replying to media questions said that whatever Sidd said is correct, he said a lot of about the movie. This is one action based movie, I have seen all action movies of India, this is one of the best. This is official copy of Warrior, it is not of that level but atleast of the same level. You guys write about Martial Art, it is very much needed for youth, our country needs it. In Singapore they have 4 years of Martial Art Training that why crime rate in that country is 0.03%. Apart from self defense, the movie is on relations, what are the problems in a family and how they resolve them. This is very very emotional film.
For the first time during Trial of the film I saw that gents were crying, ladies were crying too, but gents crying indicated that movie is very emotional. So go with hanki to watch this film and wipe away your tears before your wife sees them.
Preparations we were doing for long time said Akshay. Infact, very small small things of martial art had to be learnt. It is good that any sports movie in our country is doing well, it is not that only cricket is loved in our country, other games like running, wrestling and hockey are also like equally. All sports based movies have dome well on box office. In Action sequences, we really had to touch each others body for getting reality, you cannot cheat camera, added Akshay.
Entire movie and all days were memorable. Our body needs to be conditioned every day, we were given, treatment of ice water for 15 minutes after every shooting to release pressure on bones.
Siddharth said , Rakhsha Bandhan has same old love for sister and brothers. We loe each other, did not have any bitter feeling.
Johson and Sir were my inspiration. Sir used to dedicate whole day for movie. Take care of smallest thing.
