Ahmedabad: Troubled parents’ Silent Rally in Nikol against school fee hike
Today in Ahmedabad, Angry Parents Protests Against proper implimation of Fee regulatory bill in the state.
In morning parents with their wards studying in 9 schools of Nikol area protested against school fee hike by school management despite of Self Financed School Regulatory Bill by Gujarat Government.
Parents of 9 schools including Vedant International School, Maharshi Sandipani School, Devasya School and VIP school took out a Silent Rally in protest against school management for raising fee even after fee regulatory bill.
The Rally will go around from Gangotri Circle via Sukan Char Rasta to Beti Bachao Garden. Many troubled parents have joined the Rally.
Parents were carrying banners against school fee hike and urged government to take action.
Parents want forming school fee regulatory law alone will not help, its proper implementation should be ensured. Parents urged government to stop commercialization of education.
