Now, IIM Ahmedabad will be known for some as a Food Junction for next 3 days as ‘Sattvik 2014’ 12th Food Festival Traditional dishes start at IIM Ahmedabad from December 20. A group of 20 tribal people from Dang will give performance showcasing local culture. Sell of organic grains, taste of organic sugarcane juice, rural food items from across the states and corners of Gujarat will be prime attraction. Food Stalls from Tribal groups will also be available. Food Festival will be open from December 20 till 22 from 11.00 am to 10.00 pm.
Many traditional dishes which are slowly disappearing from our menu will be seen at the show and visitors will be able to enjoy them.
