Today in Ahmedabad, there was fierce protest by Congress Councillors and people of Dani Limda over shifting of Pirana dumping site.
50 Protesting localites of 2 Councillors of Dani Limda area were detained by police and they were kept under watch of Shah-E-Alam police. Protestors were stopped to go at Pirana in tractors.
Senior police officials of DCP and ACP level reached the site and brought situation under control.
