Today in Ahmedabad, FIR against 9 Bapunagar PI & 9 others in custodial death case of Patidar boy, Shwetang Patel of Bapunagar resident of Matru Shakti Society.
As per Gujarat High Court order complaint has been lodged against Police Inspector PD Parmar, Second PI RR Vasava and 9 others.
Shwetang’s mother booked complaint against responsible Police which has caused tension in Police circle. She has made writ in Gujarat High Court for not taking her complaint by concerned Police officers.
All 9 Police persons booked under charges of murder and kidnapping with IPC sections 302 (murder), 365 (kidnapping) and 114 (consipracy).
