In Ahmedabad, in Vastral area, 38 years of tuition teacher Manisha Kanubhai Joshi running away with 15 years of minor student created sensation and mystery in the city. It is learnt that Manisha is sex maniac and exploited 15 years of age of student sexually for 15 days. Manisha had applied for bail which was rejected by special (The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences ) POCSO Court on Saturday. Defending lawyer has made certain clarifications in the case that Manisha before this incident also had developed sexual relation with minor boys and she is a mentally perverted lady having mentality to enjoy sex with minor boys. Manisha used to tell the boy that you like me very much and used to trap him. Due to tuition teacher minor student fell in a sex trap and got failed in 10th class. Manisha enjoyed sex with the student at different places which shows her bad intention. Public prosecutor said her treatment is going on and in such a situation she cannot be set free which could be dangerous to the society.
Manisha urged that she being a lady cannot be charged with POCSO which plea was not accepted by the court as it is a matter of exploitation of a minor person. Age of the minor was 15 years and 9 months, who is unaware of worldly affairs stated court.
Manisha ran away with the boy and booked Guest House declaring student as his son, is viewed very seriously how casually she construed social relationship and it is highly condemnable. Looking at her mental state she cannot be granted bail felt the court as she is danger to the society, if she is set free she could victimize other minor boys too feared court. On 1 June Manisha ran away with student and went to Mumbai, Surat and Rajasthan. She exploited student sexually during that time, as per sources.
