There is a good news for Ahmedabad based passengers traveling by railway. As in Ahmedabad, from now on platform no 8 and 9 were made operational at Kalupur railway station. These two platforms were nonoperational for last 7 years.
Passengers traveling during Diwali vacation and otherwise can take advantage of extended facility of platforms at Ahmedabad Railway Station.
This is a gesture towards passenger facilitation at Ahmedabad by Western Railways.
