In Ahmedabad: Vastrapur police registers  a case of Rs 1.38 crores based on cheating complaint against CA Chartered Accountant Tehmul Sethna. His wife filed case of cheating against him of Rs 1.35 crore with Navrangpura police. Sethna’s anticipatory bail plea was rejected by sessions court. He was a consultant to Ahmedabad based tax defaulter Mahesh Shah who declared Rs 13,860 crores in IDS before September 30.
