Today in Ahmedabad a lady lawyer practicing at Ahmedabad Metro Court has made complaint of rape against Milind Dahyabhai Patel of Vadodara. Milind promised her to marry after a meeting in Metro Court compound.
After registering with Marriage Bureau Vadodara based businessman associated with construction busness approached her. After temptation of marriage he raped lady and later he was found to be a married man.
In the complaint lady has mentioned that after registering with Marriage Bureau, Milind contacted her on 18/10/2016. He met lady in the afternoon in Metro Court compound at Amul Parlour and told lawyer that he is the only son of his parents and promised her to marry.
Milind used to meet lawyer since October 2016, had thrice developed sexual relation with the lady. Parents of both the family met and formalities of register marriage were completed. A few days later, another lady called lady lawyer and said that I am Milind’s wife for past 10 years and you do not marry him.
On 19/12/2016 Milind came to Metro Court compound and threatened lady that I have done whatever I had planned and I am a married guy, you do whatever you can do. Lady waited for some more time that by talking with each some solution will come out. At last, she was forced to lodge a police complaint.
