In Ahmedabad, in response to a petition over issue of water in the state filed in Gujarat High Court has shown reluctance with state administration over issue of water and electricity. HC admitted that water and electricity are the basic requirements, which cannot be compromised with.
High Court has made Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation as accused in the matter and served them with a notice. Next hearing will be held in the month of August.
