In Ahmedabad, a PIL Public Interest Litigation was made challenging Gujarat government’s decision to grant 10% quota to EBC Economically Backward Classes.
Hearing on the PIL will be made tomorrow in which decision on whether to grant stay on 10 % EBC by Gujarat High Court. Appealant Jayanti Manani has demanded quota to EBC may be term illegitimate as per constitution.With such decisions human rights are deprived and provisions of constitution are violated.
