One girl from Una, presently working in Ahmedabad has blamed on of BJP MLA of rape. On threat of acid attack and uploading photos on Facebook, was not allowing girl to marry elsewhere and defame her. The girl has lodged police complaint in women cell in Ahmedabad. Girl has complained that Vijay Rathod when met first time took me to Coffee Shop in the name of his birthday and lip kissed her despite of her objection. He came to my school and took me to one room and tried to molest me. He said from now onwards you are mine only and if you look at anyone else, I will throw acid on your face.
Everyday, he used to force me to meet for half and hour, do sex and leave, if she does surrender him, he threatened to upload photos on Facebook. One day I called from my sister’s phone then Vijay started crying. He said that I love you so much. If you are not mine, then cannot be of anyone. I will burn the whole world, if you donot listen me.
On a scheduled day he came at 3 pm and force me to have sex with him and told to girl that she has to stay in Ahmedabad only. Girl knew that Vijay was married and wanted to maintain relation with her as a ‘keep’only was never going to marry her. After having know his relationship with me to his wife, he stopped talking to me.
Vijay Rathod is a son of ex MLA KC Rathod from Una. On temptation of marriage has many times forcefully enjoyed sex with her. He used to make her drink wine and then enjoy forceful se with her.
