In Ahmedabad, one girl has made a police complaint in Ellisbridge police station of sexual exploitation against top officials of FIA Federation of Industries and Association and GCCI Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industries. Victim girl was working for Event Management in FIA. In June 2015, FIA officials Arvind Gajera, Kanaiya Trikamlal Patel and Kirit Hargovan Patel had physically exploited her. She has made complaint against all under IPC Indian Penal Code 354A, 354C and 354D and 114. Till now no arrest has been made in the case. The complaint is sexual exploitation and capturing photos of private moments. Victim girl has a plane to call press conference in which she will provide complete details, as per sources.
