Court Rejects Hardik Patel’s Discharge Application In Ahmedabad Sedition Case.
In August 2015, Patidar Maha Sammelan was held in GMDC ground in Ahmedabad.
Court observed that voice spectrography confirms that charges against Hardik can be framed in the case. There is no counter evidence available on basis of which his discharge application acn be granted.
Surat police had lodged case for sedition charges and made FIR against him. As the the discharge application of Hardik Patel was pending, court was unable to frame charges against Hardik. Now, as the discharge application of Hardik is rejected, charges against him will be made in the case.
