Today in Ahmedabad, Gujarat Mazdoor Sabha has filed a petition in the court of justice AB Panchal seeking stay on removal of 1300 Contract Drivers and conductors engaged by AMTS Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service in 48 hours. Ahmedabad Court has granted a stay order on removal of Contract Drivers and Conductors of AMTS. Next hearing in the case is scheduled on 17 October, informed Amrish Patel Secretary Gujarat Mazdoor Sabha.
