Today, Ahmedabad Civil Hospital Contracted Sweepers went on strike on the issue of increase in wages. Cleaning contract has been awarded to a private company. Sweepers give reason of Misconduct Sanitary Inspector with striking employees. With the sudden strike of sweepers chaotic situation was created among hospital management.
Sweepers complained of abusing and beating by Sanitary Inspector Brahmbhatt.
