More than 350 staff at Civil Hospital, including contract-based Nurse, Lab Technician, Theatre Assistant have called for a strike. Ahmedabad Civil Hospital contract basis staff including nurse, have not received two months’ salary,therefore they are planning to go on strike.
Staff face difficulties for outstanding Bank loans, vehicle loan installments and house maintenance charges with unpaid salary facing trouble to run their house.
If immediate action is not taken by state government, staff will be forced to go on strike. There is unrest in the staff over outstanding salary for two months.
