Today, Gujarat High Court has rejected accused Vismay Shah’s bail plea in Vastrapur BMW HIt & Run case of February 24, 2013. Where Vismay’s speeding BMW car knocked down Rahul Patel and Shivam Dave near Laxmi Ganthia Circle. Vismay car also dashed into a tree near Amul Parlour. Vismay fleed the site. Two young boys Rahul and Shivam died in BMW car accident by Vismay.
Ahmedabad Rural court pronounced jail term to Vismay for 5 years. Vismay was sent to Police custody in Sabaramati jail. Next day of his imprisonment he moved High Court for bail.
