Today in Ahmedabad, appellant in the case of Interview and selection of Sangeet Visharad, 16 years old case have won in Gujarat High Court . Gujarat HC was not satisfied with the justification given by education minister in the court. High court said that government has made mockery of degree by awarding it to non deserving people. Further HC quoted that those who do not have basic knowledge of music have conducted interview and selection of Sangeet Vishard. Selection of Sangeet Visharad was challenged in Gujarat High Court. HC also directed government to conduct interviews of Sangeet Visharad again.
