In Ahmedabad, residents of Suryanagar society in Nikol area have to face water shortage as water crisis intensifies in south Ahmedabad. Localites have to wait hours for water supply from water tanker and stand in queue for long time. Scarcity of water in many parts of the city has become acute with hot summer crossing 40 degree temperature. Water tankers come after 4-5 hours of call to them. Councilors do not attend to water problems of localites.
