Ahmedabad, 6 persons returning after watching movie in Drive In Cinema beated Police of PCR Van at Vijay Cross Road. 6 persons of single Padhiyar family staying at Gheekanta were returning from Drive In, 4 persons including women were in Auto. They were stopped at Vijay Cross Road by PCR staff. Two members of Padhiyar family members Amit and Hitesh were drunk, who started beating constable Ajitsinh Ranjitsinh and ran away from site in auto. They were caught at Income Tax Circle as their auto met with an accident. Constable Ajitsinh was hurt on the face. All 6 persons were arrested by the Police. One lady was hurt in skirmish. Constable is given treatment in the hospital.
