Bollywood actress Preity Zinta filed complaint against her former boy friend and co-partner Ness Wadia for insulting her on May 30. The Mumbai Police is likely to record actress Preity Zinta’s statement Today at her home in connection with her complaint against her former boyfriend Ness Wadia.Immediately after lodging complaint Preity had flown to Los Angeles, US. In the mean time, Ness refuted charges against him calling them baseless.The police have so far recorded statements of eight people in the case.Investigators also want to find out from the 39-year-old co-owner of Kings XI Punjab which was the exact spot where the alleged incident took place at the South Mumbai stadium and who all were around at the time.Ness Wadia ‘s father Nusli Wadia received complaint from underworld, for which Wadias have lodged police complaint.
In her written complaint to police, Preity had claimed, “I left for my seat, but he (Ness) came up to me at my seat and started screaming and abusing me in front of everyone.” Investigators have indicated that Wadia would be called for questioning only after Preity’s statement is recorded. Preity and Wadia ended their five-year-old relationship a few years back but continued to share business interests.
