Today on Chetichand festival in Kutch, birth anniversary of Darialal Jhulelal was celebrated with great festivity citing an example of communal harmony by Sindhi Lohanas and Kutchi Lohanas. They were seen singing Aayo Lal Jhulelal. Prayers were offered at Darialal temple in Bhuj where people of Lohana community gathered in large numbers. A big procession in Bhuj and Gandhidham was taken out on the birth anniversary of Darialal. Youth in the procession danced on the tunes of DJ bands and Dhol and performed Raas-Garba. Main streets of city became point of attraction due to the procession.
